INDUSTRIAL PAINTER | ASSEMBLY SUPPORT
URGENT NEED
“This position is based in Reisterstown, MD (25 minutes northwest of downtown Baltimore).”
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Painter/Assembly Support associate. In this role, you will play an important part in the paint preparation process by carefully masking and unmasking parts, assisting with surface prep, and ensuring proper staging of materials in the paint area. This position also supports general assembly functions as needed and helps maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to accurately mask and unmask components to prepare them for finishing
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
Capable of standing, bending, and lifting to 50 lbs. for extended periods
Willingness to support both painting and light assembly tasks
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is helpful but not required
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
